Key Responsibilities ❖ Sales Planning ✓ Guide S&D and DO's in planning sales routes effectively by covering all the retail outlets in the assigned territory/zone. ✓ To explore new potential avenues in the assigned area by guiding team for effective and efficient retail penetration. ✓ To prepare and implement sales forecast for all the KPIs such as FCA, MBB, DFS & Recharge on daily / weekly / monthly / basis for effective sales planning ✓ To Plan and actively participate in the regional events to enhance brand image and to create additional sales opportunities. ✓ To Plan and execute regional sales promos in accordance with the low sales territories' requirements. ❖ Operational ✓ To ensure effective implementation of company polices & SOP's at franchise and retail level and report for necessary action in cases of Non-Compliance ✓ Visit to the retail market and Franchises in citadel town regularly. ✓ Develop an atmosphere which is fit for healthy business relations with franchise, distributors, and trade. ✓ To ensure that all Franchises and retailers in all regions follow the SIM prices and margins in the entire sales channel e.g. Prices from Distributor to Sub Distributor & from Sub distributors to Retailers. ✓ To ensure Franchises and retailers get commission established by the Company ✓ To ensure that the Franchise and Retailers have sufficient POS material at all times. ✓ To ensure that the latest POS materials are properly placed in outlets at all times ✓ To ensure Franchise/Retailers follow the territory assignment in each region. ✓ To ensure that the channel partners follow Company's Rule, Policies and Procedures at all time. ❖ Secondary Sales Execution ✓ Make regular visits to the Franchise & Key Retailers in their respective territory in order to ensure stock availability and market coverage. ✓ To closely work & monitor the performance of Franchise daily sales, ensuring they are on track with respect to assigned targets in order to ensure achievement of monthly target. ✓ To present to ASM every month route plans updates for each of the Franchise ✓ To get from ASM every month areas with low network utilization based on Engineering KPI's. ✓ To develop Retailer based target (month wise) and same has to share with Franchisee for effective execution at ground and to achieve month by month growth ✓ Responsible for ensuring smooth franchise investments as per business requirement. ✓ To ensure franchise Human resource (induction+ training) is according to the company's SOP. ✓ Responsible for CSR management & productivity by assigning them CYN, MNP & VAS target.
