A concierge is a worker of hospitality and corporate settings who serves guests’ request for their requirements by introducing the right host. In hotel setting, they act as a primary information source of the Hotel by providing particular help and information regarding hotel services and local area attractions to customers.
• Over 3 years’ experience performing Concierge duties at the Regency Inn
• Demonstrated ability to deal with different guests some of whom require a high levels of patience and tact
• Well versed in anticipating guests’ need and responding appropriately
• Profound experience in detecting signs of emergency and react immediately
• Proficient in handling and responding to customers’ needs pertinent to meals, cleanliness and organization of their space
To report to the head concierge.
To ensure that access to the development is effectively monitored and facilitated whilst on duty
To report any security incident of the police and property manager as may be required.
To report any illness or unauthorised leave to the head concierge immediately.
To ensure that all health and safety risks are identified, reported to the head concierge and eliminated.
To investigate any system faults and to report these faults to the head concierge and the manager with details of any actions taken, if applicable.
To ensure that all residents and their guests are following the rules implemented.
To carry out swimming pool water sampling every three hours whilst on duty and maintaining the specified chemical balance advised by the installer.
Maintaining the log book, visitor log book and preparing the incident reports.
Direct and assist guest to actual location and assist the guest in emergency situation.
To help maintain an up-to-date record of all residents currently residing at the development.

CNG operator is responsible for operating, adjusting and performing work on CNG machine.
They perform contour and various milling, boring, drilling, machining and CNG operator operates the hand power tools and equipment’s such as shapers, lathes, saws, and grinders, very safely.
