Successfully captured the business from World trade center, Bahria town and media town where PTCL is now major and dominant service provider.
Made GPON a successful product in Bahria by implementing latest techniques of sales like DDS, campaigns and stalls.
Managed successfully to bring my Zone in leading position in terms of highest net increase in product sales, highest revenue and increased customer satisfaction in whole ITR region.

Foreseeing the importance of High speed broad band in future of telecom. Business we focused on selling High speed Broad band and now standing with highest Broad Band to PSTN Ratio which is approaching 63% now.
Developed and implemented the business processes in CRM (Customer Relationship Management System Siebel based on Oracle) by IBM for complaint management, service provisioning and network elements inventory with health status in Maximo being POC from Business Zone.
Planned, drafted, executed and successfully launched latest access technique GPON (gigabit passive optical Network) in Bahria and now serving customers with 100 MB Broad band speed.
Successfully completed the Network Transformation project of Bahria town with implementation of loop length control and introduction of GPON services.
Initiated and successfully got Bahria Exchange certified as the first ever ISO 9001:2008 certified exchange of PTCL.
Examined dry areas for services and planned new network which successfully reduced Pending management (Waiting for service) from 4000 to 2000.

Prepared SOP’s and Check lists for testing, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of various network elements which is still in use.
Helping in implementation of QMS in PTCL and started to get different departments of PTCL certified with ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Ensuring the PTCL Departmental and ITU Standards in Development and Maintenance works carried out in North Zone of Pakistan from Gilgit to Jehlum.
Carrying out PAT and Inspection of various telecom installation/equipments in fields like Optical Fibre, SDH Systems, Wireless Local Loop, Digital Radio Systems, NGN, Switches, DG sets, Batteries, Rectifiers and Air Conditioning Units.
