 Receiving payments by cash cheque, vouchers and credit cards from customer and staff
 Greet customers while receiving at the counter
 Properly checkout of all records before start of work
 Ensuring proper cash handling and safe custody of collected cash and cheque
 Making payment against duty and Fine
 Recording and computing all daily transactions total and ensuring the accuracy of register transactions
 Passing Oracle(CDC and PDC cheque)
 Attending the customers professionally, assuring their needs are satisfied
 Receiving cash/cheque from multiple cashiers
 Balance cash/cheque against daily reports
 Regular checking of equired stationary and other stock and maintain adequate level
 Physical counting & verification of cash and cheque according to journal or deposit slip
 Posting off all daily collection into oracle while making end of shift
 Maintain records and submit to Dubai Custom on periodic basis
 Generate pay in slip for the amount deposited in bank
 To make the daily collection report, handover the cash/cheque to bank and acknowledge the finance Manager.

Responsibilities include for:
• Collaborate with accounting team to support various accounting activities on daily basis.
• Prepare financial status and analysis of reports.
• Perform journal entries as per established accounting standards.
• Carry out reconciliations of account, general ledger and sub-ledger.
• Maintain general ledger at account level.
• Provide financial information for business analysis and auditing when needed.
• Process payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company procedures.
• Prepare and submit expense report to management for approval.

Responsibilities include for:

• Responsible for the sale in two cities
• Prepare cost estimate manually
• Making marketing sale strategy
• Responsibility of All the supply chain management
• Analyze survey reports, incentives and sale
