 Working as client in Projects Division Al-Hassa Eastern Region Saudi Arabia and overall handling 12 no’s 115/13.8 kV National Grid(NG) Substation projects
 Review the submitted project schedule for each project from the contractor as per tenure of the project and give approval to the contractor and follow up with contractor to achieve the mile stone dates of the project
 Review the submitted Safety and Quality plan of the project by contractor and submit to the NG concerned department for review and approval
 Review the submitted testing and commissioning plan from contractor
 Review the invoice claim raise by the contractor as per completed activities and given approval for invoices
 Review shutdown schedule submitted by the contractor to work in energized station
 Review the submitted major activities schedule of the project and follow up with the contractor accordingly
 Review the material delivery schedule and FAT dates of the major equipment submitted my contractor and follow up with the concerned NG departments for FAT and delivery of material
 Review daily progress reports and Bi-weekly progress reports and arrange meetings with contractor on site for smoothly running of project and to remove any concerns of the project
 Prepare the internal master schedule for all the projects and execute them accordingly
 Prepare substation construction control plan as per PMO standards
 Prepare substation installation control plan as per PMO standards
 Prepare the quality control plan as per PMO Standards
 Prepare the mater testing & commissioning plan and submit to internal departments for approval and to assign there manpower accordingly
 Prepare the overall material FAT and delivery schedule dates of the major equipment and follow up with the concerned NG departments for FAT nominations and delivery of material
 Prepare the substation energization plan and execute them accordingly
 Prepare the outage schedule and approve the outage schedule SEC/NG internal departments and process in the SEC/NG SAP system
 Prepare the spare parts schedule and submit in internal departments for execution
 Prepare the three week schedule. Execute and assign manpower accordingly on site
 Prepare and Submit daily progress report of site to our hire management
 Prepare the overall forecast invoices plan of all the projects on yearly basis
 Plan and schedule meetings with vendors, design team, site team, sub-contractors and attend client monthly progress meetings, consultant/management meetings
 Tracking of the project schedule and preparation and submission of weekly Progress reports to the internal teams
 Generate and update project progress reports, planned value, invoice projection and cash flow projection and follow up on the same
 Follow up the Project Technical Standards(PTS) of the project
 Review the overall Design & Material of the project as per PTS & SEC/NG specs and submit to the concerned department of National Grid for review and approval
 Arrange the meetings between NG departments and contractors to remove the bottle necks of the project
 Conducted interviews for the key persons of the project contractor’s and follow up to complete the Project Organizational Chart
 After approval of design from NG departments release and stamped the drawings issue for construction(IFC)
 Follow up construction and site activities at site with the contractor as per approved project schedule
 Visit the site randomly and inspect the quality and safety of the site work execution
 Inspection of RFIs of site works raised by contractor as per SEC standard
 Material Inspections of the project as per SEC standards as material delivered on site
 Issue site instructions to the contractor if the contractor not following approved schedule, IFC drawings, quality plan and safety plan
