Responsibilities include the following but not limited,
• Monitoring of HSE related site activities on daily basis.
• Managingthe safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment’s to identify & correct
potential hazards and to ensure safety compliance with the legal and contractual requirements.
• Identifying the best practices and lead continuous improvements initiative to reduce work process risks, raise
safety awareness and improve safe work practice.
• To ensure availability & implementation of Permit to work system (PTW), Risk Assessment and job safety
analysis prior to any activity.
• Hands on experience of IMS, OHS Manuals & QMS Manuals Preparation and periodic updates
• Providing Input for Tender Department regarding all Tender relevant matter related to Quality and safety.
• Prepare and submit preparation of Project HSE Plans for Client.
• Capable to manage the complete safety at site and assuring effect, reliable and effective measures.
• Coordinates with daily safety breaches and to alert the management about areas of concern.
• Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Assisting in achieving corporate and site specific quality objective targets and fulfilment of legal
requirements.
• Manage to arrange quality, safety and environment related trainings/induction
• Accomplishing gape analysis
• Review CAPA and closing of non-conformance (NCR)
• Investigate incidents (accidents, near miss danger occurrence) and preparation of report for the managements
review.
• Periodic revision and ensuring implementation of site emergency procedures.
• Preparing agenda for safety coordination meetings.
• Preparing and recording minutes of meetings for safety meetings.
• Establish and maintain emergency prevention, preparedness, response arrangement & conducting safety drills
as per requirements.

• Ensuring welfare facilities for employees are available and maintained
• Arranging safety induction to newly joined employees
Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
• Monitoring of Quality and safety related site activities on daily basis.
• Support the development and implementation and maintaining of integrated management systems
• Preparation of Project front end documents e.g. Quality plan, HSE Plan, project quality procedures, Method
statements, QCP, ITP, check lists risk assessments for project & implementing IMS.
• Conducting quality and HSE audits and inspects facilities to ensure quality compliance with the legal and
contractual requirements.
• Provide technical advice, guidelines to employees on quality initiatives and necessary changes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QHSE performance reports.
• Coordinate with Client and site team to ensure quality of work being performed
• Proposing CAPA and closing of non-conformance
• Preparing agenda and recording minutes of meetings for QHSE meetings.
• Follow up for inspection reports
• Participating actively in the company different audits i.e. first party, 2nd party, 3rd party etc.
• Monitoring different tests reports related to concrete, soil, asphalts tests, steel etc. of third party independent
laboratory as per the contract specifications.
• Implementing, Facilitating, Monitoring and Controlling Integrated Management System.
• Reviewing the contract documents for each package in respect of QA/QC and HSE requirements and
procedures.
• Conducting briefing/Training to site staff on quality procedures /work instructions and procedures related to
their scope of work.
• Attending and making agenda for QA/QC meeting and further making minutes of meeting and make follow up
with construction / execution team for solution of their related or concern issues.
Project
Project: Mix used development complete infrastructure & Roads work
Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Reporting to HSE Manager.
Monitoring of HSE related site activities on daily basis.
Support the development and implementation and maintaining of integrated management systems
Preparation of Project front end documents e.g. HSE Plan, Quality plan, project HSE procedures, Method statements, QCP, ITP, check lists risk assessments for project & implementing IMS.
Conducting quality audits and inspects facilities to ensure quality compliance with the legal and contractual requirements.
Provide technical advice, guidelines to employees on quality initiatives and necessary changes.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Coordinate with Client and site team to ensure safe work being performed

Follow up for HSE inspection reports

Daily quality inspection / surveillance at site
Supervision of structural and finishing work.
Monitoring of HSE related site activities on daily basis.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports.
Estimation of quantities of materials.
Dealing with Sub Contractor, Consultant & client.
Supervision of Infrastructure (Supervision of sewerage, storm drainage, irrigation and potable water networks. Telephone/HV/LV cables flush and up stand curb stones).
Receiving the materials delivered to the site as per approved material submittal.
Interaction with National Highway Authorities and handling their visit at site.
Insure quality requirements are fulfilled at site

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the following but not limited,
• Maintained Inventory and supervised day to day operations in safe EHS practices of four distillation units
refining capacity is 43, 000 barrels per day viz. HBU-I, HBU-II, HCU, Lummus, a reformer plant and an effluent
treatment plant for producing prime quality products in an environment friendly manner.
• Issued work permit to the shift engineers during site daily shift supervision and duties.
• Safety Training to the new engineers/staff and also existing engineers and staff on HSE related activities
carried out in the refinery.
• Weekly safety drills to the engineers and staff.
• Prepared reports, write-ups, and memos for the dissemination of QHSE information to everyone working in the
plant.
• Provided expertise with regards to Risk assessment, process safety analysis and ensure that control measures
are being carried out properly during process flow in the plant.
• Advised on proper selections and use of personal protective equipments in efficient working condition.
• Exercise emergency authority to stop and prevent unsafe acts.
• To review all HSE procedures based on the relevancy of its application to the needs of the plant.
• Monitored safe handling of wastage material during plant operation with proper housekeeping daily. .
• Monitored and control safe handling of chemicals used in plant.
• Work as an assistant to corporate QHSE manager in project (installation of Isomerization Unit).
• Monitor and controlled contractors health and safety i.e Civil, mechanical and electromechanical work
• Managed custom documentation and clearance such as import, exports, Local goods entry/exit. .
• presided weekly safety meetings for each department within the plant, as well as for the contractors staff and
employees
