• To have a strong skill in analysis portion i.e. to conduct daily analysis of NW outages. Follow up and help out with strong and realistic solutions for most problematic sites and to mitigate their issue so that same should not hit the target in next reports.
• Rectification of weekly audit snags conducted by ZTE and CMPAK on timely basis..
• To ensure Proper and effective Preventive maintenance of all BTS sites, BSC sites as per assigned targets.
• Trouble Ticket Handling, Work Order Handling, Report Handling.
• Timely closure of PRTs via 696 .
• Timely involvement and strict follow up with Rollout teams for getting new site on-air without any possible snags that could cause prolong outages in network.
• 24/7 alarm monitoring and alarm management, clearing first level alarms.
• Liasie closely with vendors for fault and alarm clearance, carried maintanence for regular and irregular procedures
• Analyizing fault and rectifying within defined time limit.
• Site microwave health check via iu2000 manager WEB LCT software.
• Fault rectification of low TCH sites with a group of professionals
