• Visiting Aramco Sites and working with Taqa, NESR, SLB, EXPRO and Rawabi.
• Inspection of Equipment including Diesel Generators, Manlift and Tower lights.
•Plan, develop, and test components, equipment, and systems to ensure they’re safe, reliable, and comply with requirements.
•Performed routine preventative maintenance on generator equipment, recognize potential equipment failures and make repairs as needed.
•Serviced division of power generation equipment, power systems, Diesel engines, custom power supplies.
•Maintained productive work relationships with team by coaching other service technicians through complex service interventions and diagnostic issues.
•Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation maintenance issues and complete appropriate documentation.
•Creating Manufacturing and equipment Procedures.
>Installation of Electrical Sub Station, Generator, Air conditioning system, Fire hydrant etc as per
approved specifications.
To ensure proper maintenance and operation of all electrical and electronic equipment.
To plan and organize electrical maintenance work of all electrical installations & connections of
entire factory premises including all machineries & equipment.
Drawings/layout/ estimation of temporary power and other execution of Temporary/Site
electrification works.
Oversee the safety programs, training and cross-training for the electrical team to increase their
technical skills and knowledge.
All electro-mechanical drawing study, review and implementation in all project.
Supervision & monitoring all types of electro-mechanical works & installation and maintenance
works
• Work on documentation of project, compiling daily work output, controlling of documents and quotation for equipment.
• Preparation of cable termination lists and cable laying schedule.
• Monitor installation of cable trays, cables, electrical equipment and grounding system etc.
• Doing Pre commissioning tests including insulation resistance test of MV cables, LV cables, LV bus bar etc.
• Test and Verify the Electrical Power and Control Schematic Drawings and Loops of transformers, switchgears and relays system.
• Verifying cable schedules and revision of it according to on site modifications. Possess knowledge in Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection, Bus Bar protection.
• Arranging work permit like PTW, for Safety formalities for all kind of testing and commissioning work.
• Testing and Maintenance of LV and MV transformer;
• Insulation Resistance Test & Vector Group Testing of Transformer.
• Capacitance and Dissipation Test (tan Delta)
• Turn Ratio Test
• Winding resistance test
• Magnetizing Saturation Test
