Reviewing monthly key performance indicators and preparing analysis of the same
Heading the payment process cycle and finalizing all the payments for the group.
Heading a physical stock count team to review physical stock and checking the same as per system.

Taking a routine check up for the whole supermarket and department store for any operational lapses and on observing the same identifying it to the management.
Reviewing and finalizing salaries for the month.
Leading Inventory Management Team & managing physical stock counts from PDT’s on monthly basis.
Assisted IT department in system migration from SMB to GENSYS.

Preparation of SOP’s for the new systems and reviewing previous procedures and if changes can be made identifying the same and documenting the changes and finalizing SOP’s.
Performing different types of Test Of Controls to check the effectiveness of the system including Receiving of goods, Purchases and inventory management.
Performing substantive procedures of Gift vouchers and ensuring that whatever schemes are being launched are effectively working.
I am hired in Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Ltd. in Internal Audit department and have completed following assignments:
Analyzed payment process cycle, identified few loop holes, identified new corrective, detective and preventive measures.
Supported compliance testing of Purchases, Cash management, Stores and spares.
Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Performed Fixed assets tagging.
Performed SWOT analysis of the company.
Performed various financial ratio analysis of company.
I was hired as Commercial trainee in Siemens Pakistan Engineering company Limited. In the first two months I went through a rotation program in different departments and BU’s (Department like FC which deals with overall company’s Finance maintenance and controlling of financial activities and BU’s Like Switchboard and Transformers which are key products for execution of Project). I was then assigned at the sales dept. where my key responsibilities were to fulfill pre tender requirements, cost calculation etc. After 7 months there I was made a permanent employee and then after one year’s service in sales dept. I was sent to project execution team for the projects of MEW 300/4(2008) and IESCO I 16(2008) where my objectives were timely completion of Projects and within budgeted cost. My management showed a lot of confidence in our team and gave us two more projects of Louis and berger, Black and Veach JV (US Aid)(2009). Our team leader showed confidence in me and made me deputy for all the projects
I was enrolled as a Finance student and after 4 Semester ended with a 3.35 CGPA. I also completed and internship from Siemens Pakistan during the course of which I was also offered job. I am also doing ACCA along with my studies and have completed 4 out of 13 courses which I will complete by end of December 2011 since I am also doing job with it.
