 Completing the HR audit process which includes auditing HR files.
 Develops and maintains effective recruitment policies and procedures.
 Identifies opportunities for personal and professional development and growth.
 Provides appropriate remuneration advice to managers.
 Provide backup support for the Human Resources Coordinator in the administration of the recruitment of the recruitment process.
 Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
 Supervise and manage all day-to-day administrative activities
 Keep Timesheet monthly
 Preparing corresponding, documentation, or presentation materials
 Documentation of Daily Task
 Preparing reports on expenses, office budget, and other expenditures
 Analyzing Information and Inventory Control
 Leave Record of all the staff members
 Personnel files including Appointment Letters, Joining Letters, Contract Letters, Service Identity Cards & Medical Claims
 Review acceptance of resignation letters of staff that resign.
 Support the HR Manager projects as required.
 Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
 Mail incoming/outgoing
 Maintain Vehicle Logbooks
 Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
