• Single stage pumps, multi stage pumps, Single stage double
suction & Boiler Feed Water Pumps.
•Over hauling & maintenance of PD Pumps.
Installation of mechanical seals, single and double arrangement.
(Face to Face, Back to Back & Tandem).
•Centrifugal & P.D Compressor:
•Bearings & seals inspection and installation of ammonia &
syngas compressor.
Maintenance & Over hauling of centrifugal & P.D (air, syngas,
ammonia & ammonia refrigeration)
compressors (Clark, GEA, Atlas Copco & Dresser-Rand).
•Oil Floating Seal:
Worked on the oil floating seal including inspection and
installation.
• Alignment:
Expert in alignment of single machines and multistage trains by
rim and face method or by laser
alignment methods.
•Condition Monitoring of Machines:
•SKF Micro log. Stethoscope SKF.
Vibration Pen, Tachometer & Laser gun.Worked as Maintenance
