and Civil Defense standards.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and milestone delivery with consultant, client, and

• Manage construction ofsewer, drainage, irrigation, waterlines, firefighting, telecom
ducts, and road works.
• Oversee micro-tunneling, HDD works, shoring, dewatering, and NDRC activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, and approved method
statements.
• Coordinate authority inspections, approvals, and NOC processes.
• Optimize manpower, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and resources.
• Review and approve RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Conduct progress review meetings with consultants and clients.
• Review and monitor KPIs, productivity, budget, and cost control.
• Implement HSE policies as per ISO standards and ensure site safety.
• Resolve technical issues and unforeseen site conditions.
• Oversee final inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Etisalat, DEWA & DU protection, diversions & inspections

• Execute site works as per approved IFC drawings and specifications.
• Carry out site surveying and setting out (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level).
• Supervise trenching, pipe laying, bedding, backfilling, and compaction works.
• Monitor installation ofsewer, drainage, irrigation, waterlines, telecom ducts, and
manholes.
• Coordinate WIR, MIR, and RFIs with the consultant.
• Check material quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Monitor shoring, dewatering, and excavation safety.
• Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, and equipment usage records.
• Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and safety officers.
• Support micro-tunneling and HDD works including pit construction and alignment
checks.
• Ensure proper reinstatement ofroads as per RTA cross sections.
• Report site issues promptly to project engineer or construction manager.

Responsibilities:

drawings.
• Coordinate with consultant for inspections (WIR, MIR) and RFIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with RTA, DM, and DEWA construction standards.
• Supervise installation ofgravity and pressure pipelines, duct banks, and chambers.
• Follow material procurement, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
• Prepare look-ahead programs and monitor progress against KPI targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for utilities, road works, and reinstatement.
• Review shop drawings and highlight discrepancies with IFC drawings.
• Assist with as-built drawings, remarks, and handover documentation.
• Implement approved method statements and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate between civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility teams.
