Steered project (procurement) Committee for MOHAP HIE Project. A 10 years national vision project
aiming to develop HIE for the Northern Emirates hospitals and integrate with the rest of the Emirates.
Based on the project requirement managing all information coming from internal stakeholders and
formulating in to SOW to engage vendors for integration, application and infrastructure. Ensuring all
services and manpower requirements are addressed. This was a fast paced project based on Agile
methodology that required customers input on every step of the way
Leading business goals for North region aligned with the Bank’s National business
strategy. Maintain market lead specifically in Telecom, Cement, Construction, Energy, hospitality,
diagnostics and health care, government of Pakistan and Airline sectors. Leading north TB relationship
team and the operations teams in line with the region’s annual business targets and ensuring operational
excellence in policy/ regulatory compliance and client deliverability. Lead Digitization Projects for major
Clients like PTCL, FFCL and ZONG as a business initiative for the bank.
Overall responsible for maintaining the Cash Management portfolio mainly based on Telecom, Cement and fertilizer sectors, with annual revenue of USD 3.2 million a year. Heading the Product and Services team for North Portfolio to deliver on client expectations.
Driving the transition from Cash management to Transaction banking with main focus on in house sales and pocket development.

analysis of complaints and enquiries.

Save the Children International.
• Developing the DO portfolio for Afghanistan by winning various International INGO mandates Swedish Committee for Afghanistan, Terre Des Hommes, MSF Belgium/ France with revenues up to USD 600, 000.
• Successfully developed the Afghan Cement export business, by winning mandates from major Cement manufacturers with annual revenues of USD 150, 000.
• Establish Coordination with our three provincial and the federal capital project partners.
