Dec 2012 - 2013 Jun Sr. Software Engineer (MEDITAZ, LLC. - www.meditaz.com) MEDITAZ is a USA based IT and EHR Service Provider company. I
developed a web site www.evro.us, its physician's web site. EVRO stands for East Valley Rheumatology & Osteoporosis. Patient can register himself through the web site and also can fill authorization form online. Also
provided admin area from where the site administrator can view new
registered patient and their upcoming appointment times.

Layer, and Data access layer.

FaxMed: is desktop application which can Fax, Print and Scan. FaxMed is a
standalone application and add-in as well specifically for Medical software like EHRs. This application sends and receives fax, and keep track of all
faxes sent and received, and make sure the fax is sent or not and shows
possible exact error notifications while sending faxes. User can attach files from their existing EHR system or from his computer, and can attach almost
all EHR supported files. The sent and received in PDF format. User can
maintain his address book separately and can send fax to anonymous
numbers and also can extract from their existing system. User can export
data in excel and can print, and can exported files directly to USB drive.

Responsibilities: I develop its database, UI, business Layer and data access
layer.

Academic PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) based WEB-EMR (Electronic Medical
Projects Record)
Final project given the company MTBC (Medical Transcription and Billing
Company) . The application facilitated the collection of a patient's medical
information in a digital form that can be viewed on a PDA and easily shared between physicians taking care of the patient. Physicians can manage their
patients, search and view patients' record, and demographics, manages
patient's history and view summary in form of charts. A module to deal with insurance claims and summary of claims. The software was designed and
developed in Visual Studio.Net 2005 using SQL Server 2005 as database.
Some modules of my project were merged in main mobile site of MTBC (
m.mtbc.com)
