1.Troubleshooting of Mechanical all machinery problems
2.Schedule & Preventive Maintenance in Machanical Parts (Hydraulic system, various type of Gear box such
cyclodical, Helical, Planetary gear box, Screw Conveyor, Belt Conveyor Hyraulic cylinder, various type of
bearing, various type of blower housing and shaft etc.)
3.Schedule & Preventive Maintenance in Utility Parts (various type of Pump, Ro plant, Steam Boiler, Air
compressor, Water screw chiller, Cooling Tower, Oil heater etc.)
4.Making Plan, requiring man power and monitoring to work.
5.Proper and hardly monitoring Fire-fighting system and Sprinkler System
6.Machine Installation & commissioning with service engineer as required.
7.ISO Report, Monthly Maintenance report, Machine Breakdown Report & Logbook maintain.
Major Job Function :
1.Study and Prepared drawings and properly explain the drawings to site.
2.Production work in onboard & supervision.
Prepare the BOQ and communication to the suppliers.
3.Pipe line Installation & commissioning with service engineer as required.
4.Do the pre-commissioning activities and keep the documents.
5.Accomplishing all project-related works in the scheduled time.
