● Co-founded and built the business recycling and operation department.
● Achieved and maintain a daily collection of 200 tons (6000 tons monthly) of recyclable material.
● Currently maintain the highest desired product in the market nationally, collection of 6000 tons a month bringing in revenue of 5.1 million AED per month.
● In addition to collection, maintain a high selling price point in line with global market price.
● Brought in many clients with securing contracts worth millions of dirhams. Notably Carrefour (worth 6 million), United Printing & Publishing (2.7 million), Union Cooperative, Sharjah Cooperative, Nesto, LULU, Safeer and many more.
● Manage a large team of 18 supervisors, 300 laborers and 60 drivers.
● Provide analytical data to sales and finance to determine quarterly revenue projections.
● Increase revenue generating capacity through monthly revenue and cost analysis in line with global factors.
● Initiated and regularly run multiple campaigns with various companies, through which material is acquired free of cost, approximately 20 tons per month, using sustainability schemes.
● Increased efficiency by regularly having workshops to train employees, regularly optimizing driver routes in order to meet and exceed daily collection capacity with a direct impact on monthly revenues.
● Initially started operations only within Sharjah in 2013. By 2015 expanded nationally, covering every emirate in the UAE, with multiple clients in each emirate.
● Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
● Develop and manage department annual budget.
● Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s.
