I am working on a lubrication oil Blending and Grease plant Saudi Arabia.
My responsibilities are:
•Support production activities at all times by ensuring minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achievement of equipment availability targets.
•Promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation in line with lean thinking and Maintenance best practice.
•Maintain safety and regulatory equipment at all times and correct any defects.
•Take the responsibility to go through the required system/processes for the maintenance engineering jobs to ensure the compliance
•Planning and implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance work.
•Hand on experience for the Maintenance of rotary equipments pumps compressors flow meters and also for the heat exchangers.
•Hands on experience of pipe lines and tanks maintenance modifications.
•Maintenance of volumetric liquid and semi liquid filling machines.
•Maintenance of fully automatic OCME rotary fillers, and packers.
•Supervision of inventory system for the consumable and spare parts.
•History record keeping of maintenance work in the computer software.
I also worked as condition monitoring engineer with SKF Pakistan (17 April 2006 to 15 September 2007)
I was extensively involved in Condition Monitoring (For Predictive maintenance) through Vibration Analysis which includes;
• Vibration database developing, managing, organizing and updating of all type of machines,
• On-site data collection from each equipment with portable FFT data collector,
• Identifying and analyzing the problems causing the machine vibration, & recommending the corrective action for each problem.
• Fully engaged in Phase Analysis to uncover different problems having same FFT Spectrum (Imbalance, Misalignment, Bent Shaft, Cocked Bearing, etc.)
• Involved in Motor Current Analysis to find Motor Electrical Problems (Broken Rotor Bars, Eccentric Rotor & Stator, Shortened Lamination, Uneven Air Gaps b/w Rotor & Stator etc).
• Comprehensively involved in on-site Dynamic Balancing (Both Single and Dual Plane) of rotating equipments (All types of Fans, Blowers, Rollers, Centrifuges, Cutters etc.)
• Have full grip of the use of SKF portable FFT data collectors like CMVA10, CMXA50, CMVA55, CMVA60, CMVA60ULS etc.
I worked as Service Manager in Suzuki Motors Lahore Pakistan. (16 September 2004 to 15 April 2006)
• Management experience of Pakistan’s largest 3S facility with more than 150 work bays and with the team of more than 200 persons of technician’s mechanics and supervisors.
• Provide the technical support to the work force in the periodic maintenance general repair and overhauling work of the Suzuki vehicles.
• Hand on experience of EFI MPFI and Carburetor engines vehicles, tests analysis and repair overhauling including tech-1 tech-2 and engine analyzers tests.
• Management of the body and paints section, also Provide the technical support to this section in using the black hawk body alignment systems, and insurance work.
I have attends conferences and got appreciations for successfully running the service department.
• Attend 1st service manager conference in Bhurbhan Pakistan year 2005.
• Attend 2nd service manager conference in Dubai UAE year 2006.
