My key achievement are automation of whole accounts and finance department with latest ERP based system on Oracle plate form.
Development of the staff to handle job in better way. Strengthening the internal corporate structure and work procedures in better
way.
Key functional experience and role performed are:
 Deployment of latest Oracle based ERP SYSTEM (Net Suite) in four companies of the group and handling the whole
setup as System Administrator of each company separately www.netsuite.com since 2015 onward. Acquired the requisite
training and working as System Administrator for the Automation of the whole Accounts System
 Examine Accounting and Financial Records and Prepare Periodical statements and other financial reports according to
Management Requirement.
 Trained the team of 10 Accountants for working on ERP system for their respective roles and work processes and
supervising them directly in their day to day activities and functions.
 Making Strategic analysis of the performance of the company and assisting CEO and Management board in strategic
decisions and policy making process.
 Made whole strategy, pricing, costing, performance and budgetary analysis for successful launching of the new brands,
breakeven analysis and relevant cost analysis and linked KPIs for routine business decision making.

 Handled pre-launching work for supply chain management matters, contract developments and negotiations with the
suppliers to finalize the contractual terms and conditions of business engagement. Drafting / finalizing key agreements
with customers & suppliers.
 Coordination with the top-level management team of business development, operations, Marketing and Sales Manager
team while developing key strategies of the company.
 Preparation of Annual Financial Statements based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS), and liaison
with the External Auditors.
 Monthly analysis of accounts with budget for management purposes. Handling, documentation and finalization of LC /
TR, Business loans, banking instruments and transactions with banks and financial institutions.
 Managing working capital needs with strict watch on inflows and outflows of cash.
 Checking of import documentation before final release to client and supervising back office team directly for supply chain
matters and negotiations.
 Supervision of procurement process, Supervision of Inventory stock and ordering process, Day to day meetings with
clients and officials on behalf of the company management.
