oProvide Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Utility Flow Diagram (UFD), Material and Heat Balance (MHB).
oPerform process study including design basis, design criteria and process simulation using Hysys & Pipesim.
oDesign process facility (compressor / pump, boiler, DHU, CO2 capture, WTP, etc) to comply the requirement.
oDetermine processing technology will be applied to achieve product quality.
oDetermine method of pipeline transportation including pipe specification and fluid phase.
oSize up for upgrading existing facility to cover increasing gas/ oil production rate.
oEstimate utility consumption (power, instrument air, potable water, etc) including comparison of fuel type.
oEstimate major equipment list and determine Cost estimate for CAPEX, detect and list up all of Project Risk Register.
oProject successfully completed:
Optimization NSO & NSB Gas Processing facility, Arun LNG Plant
Solve the Debottleneck Arun LNG Plant which have running capacity 45 MMSCFD, from original design capacity 450
MMSCFD. The responsible is evaluate gas processing (Sulfinol Unit, Benfil Unit, Amine unit, and Dehydration Unit) in order
to enhanced energy efficiency and reducing solvent which is operation cost saving up to US$ 40 million per annual.
Matindok Gas Development Project
Give recommendation as risk assessment related with HP flare and LP vent document from contractor including Flare & Vent
dispersion in case preparation for plant start up. Review by checking all related document such as mass balance, related
calculation, dispersion study, PFD and P&ID.
Conceptual Design of Process Facility for EOR CO2 injection, Pertamina EP Tambun.
Develop 35 MMSCFD of CO2 processing facility for EOR CO2 including provide engineering document. CO2 source from
Subang field transported by pipeline (100 km) to Tambun field. Determine Cost estimate for CAPEX, list up all of Project risk.
Conceptual Design of Steam Plant for EOR Steamflood injection, PHE Siak.
Develop 3700 BCWEPD of steam generation plant to produce steam quality as per requirement of EOR steamflood. Develop
PFD & UFD, equipment design, determine Cost estimate for CAPEX, detect and list up all of Project Risk Register.
