• Responsible for developing new relationships by delivering exceptional advice to high-net-worth client relationships.
• Acquiring new to bank customers (Resident and Non-Resident) through own network data base or referrals.
• Ongoing development and execution of an individual business plan to achieve new business development, client referral and retention objectives.
• Responsible for significant new business and revenue growth.
• Deliver a distinctive client experience that leverages our unique value proposition through investment management, financial planning and advisory services.
• Ensures all documentation is up to date, complete and in compliance with all policies, regulations, laws and procedures (AML - KYC Know your customer).
• Provides clients a high level of consultative financial advice by using the full range of banking products and services designed for the affluent / high-end private customer needs.

• Bank Reconciliation for Lebanon, Jordan, and Emirates bank Accounts.
• A Weekly & Monthly Report for our Accounts balances reported to the financial management and the owners.
• Monitor the banks account balances and update the companies banks positions to ensure sufficient cash resources are available to meet cash disbursement requirements And Also Monitoring that the overdraft accounts balances didnt exceed the facility amount.
• Preparing a banking report by separate sheet for each account contains a cover included bank closing balance statement, our book statement, outstanding Transaction.

• Greet members warmly and make sure they are comfortable, in-person or on the telephone; Answering or Referring inquiries.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and Via phone.
• Checking-in members, make a daily report to total members Check-in Active and Expired ones to the membership department for taking an action.
• Resolved all customer complaints and making sure the customers were satisfied with the service they were receiving at all time
