Responsibilities:
 Conduct welder qualification (WQT) according to project requirements with approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
 Responsible for reviewing method statements, inward inspection technical
Sheet and test certificate for pipe and fittings.
 Inspection of Fabrication and welding of Piping Systems as per shop and field weld.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
• Elaborating inspection and test programs.

• To check the fit up stage prior and confirm that root gap, off set, bevel angle are within acceptable limit.
• Physically check the components (Pipe/Fittings etc.) to be welded are as per the drawings.
• Monitor and maintain records for welding consumables and welder’s performance record.
• Performing-Pre / during / Post welding visual inspection & preparing a records.

CONSTRUCTION OF PUMPING AND TERMINAL STATIONS, STORAGE TANKS, GANTRY FACILITIES.
Position: QA/QC Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site.
• Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested
• Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
• Coordinate with the customers QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems
• Conduct inspections Before, during & after welding
• Conduct inspection of fabricated materials at yard prior to delivery to site.
