* Reporting directly to COO of company on all issues which are exist in Quality Assurance Department.

•As in charge of Quality Assurance Department ensure all inspection (Incoming Materials, In-process packaging & Final Inspection) processes, including Hygiene & Product Safety Standards according to the ISO-procedures with TQM approach

* Responsible for monitoring & testing equipment and their calibration on quarterly.

•As in charge of R & D has responsible of following activities.

•Technically, responsible for all type of packaging development which need by Marketing department & end customer.

* All type of R & D activities regarding continous improvement of Product, Process and services Nationally.

•Actively participating to implement the ERP base QA Module of SAP system with in organization through coordination of all concerned.

•Initiate/develop the new method for preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) to calculate the requirement of packaging material by supply chain department.

•Develop the method to monitoring & controlling the wastages and cost reduction with in the organization through analysis of physical data

* Preparing & Handling Annual Budget of Quality Assurance Nationally and monitoring expenses on quarterly.

* Preparing Deparment Goals and ensure their achivement across SMART criteria.
* Responsible to provide & Review an SOP's for effective implementation of;
- QMS (ISO-9001-2008).
- OHSAS (ISO-18001).
* Internal Auditor.
