• Project(CPEC) Sukkar- Multan Motorway, Section -III:
Sukkar -Multan Motorway was distributed in seven Sections. Section III was allocated construction from RD 491-550 that was situated in Sindh and Punjab provinces. For smooth working as per plan Three Camps were established, 1st 503 Mureed Shakh situated in District Ghotki, Sindh, 2nd 509 Nawazabad and 3rd 541 Jamal Din Wali, situated in Tehsil Sadiqabad, District, Rahim Yar Khan. Being Manager Administration, my team was responsible to manage these three camps., Administration department was coordinating in broad spectrum, in overall management of camps, coordinated issues, removed obstacles from construction sites, managed vehicles, fueling, guests, food, electrical installation, Lands acquisition, Vehicles, purchasing of general items, reporting and managed official visits from CSCEC and NHA Officials from Multan, Lahore and Islamabad. Coordinated Government departments like Health, Local Government, WAPDA, Forest, Canal, Police, National High way Authority and ensured sport from Notables in acquisition of lands, and Barrow areas. Administration dept. Coordinated Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) and Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) for sixty nine 11kv and eleven 132KV high transmission electrical lines removal on war footing from CSCEC section III working sites for uninterrupted site work, despite of disastrous Electric shortfall and 12 hours planned load shedding all over the Pakistan, Only CSCEC Section III Administration department got success in getting 24 hours load shedding free two independent electric feeders from MEPCO main distribution Grid station and installed 11kv control and protection panels in camp electricity control roams for distribution of electricity in living and plants sites with installation of six transformers with capacity total 4.8 Megavolt for two camps in Punjab and capitated section III team to run over plant sites 24 hours to meet project timeline and achieve milestones accordingly.
We Planned and coordinated administrative procedures and systems, devised ways to streamline processes, Recruited and trained personnel, allocated responsibilities and office space, assessed staff performance and provided coaching, guided employs to ensure maximum efficiency, Ensured the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations, Managed schedules and deadlines, Maintained and Monitored inventory of office supplies, purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints, Monitored cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation, Oversee facilities, services, maintenance activities and trades persons, Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning and execution etc.) and Ensured operations adhere to policies and regulations as per SOP.
I got In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies of Motorways construction Project.

Project: Women Rights, EARLY AGE & Forced Marriages -SGAFP-US AID. Bahawalpur
Being a coordinator my role was to coordinate SGAFP-US AID team for designing & finalizing Project draft and finally presenting in the SGAF-US AID repetitive board for approval of Areas & UCs of Districts of division Bahawalpur, Human Resource for each district and UCs, finalizing budget for HR. Base Line Survey, project time line, finalizing project activates allocated in timeline and milestones and distribution of budget in expanse heads as per estimated expense for each timeline & milestone. With coordination of Secretary PRWSWO conducted interviews for the selection of teams for each district. Arranged training sessions and project inauguration ceremony. Conducted Baseline survey and its results compilation provided us understanding for scheduling activates & execution, we contracted one media channel, acts and artist team for preforming in front of masses in live theaters in districts and UCs to spread project theme and importance of addressed issues relating to child and women rights in Pakistan Society and motivated society to work for eradication of these sins, common in every family because of old tradition and believes and negative attitude of family head about them. Motivational seminars in every village of UCs scheduled, in which we invited motivated govt. representatives, local notable and religious leader to speak masses about project concept and importance of it in our society and to high light local issues happened because of these heart rending customs and traditions. We hired lawyers and established community base councils of each Union Councils to high light if any issue of such kind happened there and bring culprits to police and courts for action according to Pakistan law. Lawyers with community base councils arranged seminars in every village for awareness of Common people about laws and punishment assigned in Acts for culprits. Arranged visits of SGAFP-US AID team during execution of planned activities, for monitoring and evaluation. I ensured weekly, monthly and accordingly milestone reports with compiled data sheet and expanse details & put these to SGAFP-US AID team and facilitate them for on the spot checking verification of documents, reports, and data for field verification and facilitated them in areas, they selected and getting recommendation from them for next financial tranche for next milestone activates. At last milestone we compiled project completion report with brief presentation about result, finding & achievements comparison with Baseline Standards.

EYCON team provided specialized M&E services to development and humanitarian organizations. We worked as a Third party monitor and evaluator on projects related to education, health care, wash, construction of toilets in remote areas, and hand pumps installation for drinking water in remote areas. EYCON’s team brings decades of experience in M&E system design, independent monitoring, surveys and assessment design and implementation, software/web based development and management information systems. Our Successful monitoring and evaluation serves to enhance transparency and accountability, increasing investor and donor confidence. National Commission for Human Development: Project: CRCF-UNICEF funded by IKEA international: Promotion of Child Rights in Cotton Farming Areas of district, Rahim Yar Khan.
Being a district program Manager, I was responsible to PC-CRCF Lahore, Project at first started UNICEF with Govt. Literacy department and A Punjab base NGO. Despite of all efforts, project remained unsatisfactory for IKEA International, then IKEA and UNICEF decided to handover to National Commission for Human Development as an implementation partner. NCHD appointed me as a DPM in the most challenging district where problem was identified as most critical by third party. We selected staff, trained them allocated them areas. All DPMs of Punjab and PC decided and Conducted research on Out of School Children of identified areas of Punjab. Compiled data of every location and launched enrollment campaign to ensure 100% enrollment. Arranged and organized Broad Based Community Meetings and awareness walks at Tehsil and villages level, conducted Progress Review meetings at district and villages for enrollment of out of school children, successfully run 110 None Formal Basic Education Schools to insure 100% literacy rate of 110 locations allocated by District Education Department. NCHD team decide to arrange and demanded from UNICEF and distributed supplies provided by UNICEF in which ECE Kits, School inboxes, Books, Recreational kits. Hygiene Kits, Mina story books, and created awareness in masses about the importance of education. Captured child intention in education by conducting co-curricular activities in that area. Conducted and organized teachers training on Multi-grade teaching, child friendly education, and trained teachers to develop school development plan with collaboration of Govt. literacy department and Ali Institute of Education Lahore. Trained NCHD staff, developed detail implementation plan of planned activities in PCA. For skill development of staff, indulged them in English language training and professional computer skills. Closely coordinated Health department to conduct immunization campaign in that area, Health and hygiene sessions and health screening of children enrolled in 110 NFBECs. Conducted children’s assessment with the help of Mobilizers of literacy department on quality education, sharpness and observation about all around them. Experienced good working relationship with district management and line department to ensure success of CRCF- Project. IKEA, UNICEF, and EYCON (3rd Party) declared one School as a model and best school of CRCF Project in Asia and later IKEA high officials visited Pakistan and on spot checking visit Rahim Yar Khan district and appreciated NCHD RY Khan team on this achievement.

After my last Semester exams of M.Sc Governance and Organizational Sciences I appeared in walk in interview in interfaith league against poverty’s Islamabad office for the post assist. During the interview panel decided me to work for disaster management projects because couple of days before flood demolished number of districts of Punjab and Sindh and Govt. of Pakistan announced emergency. In beginning I was coordinator to a joint team of representative from Food for Hungry, ZOA, FAO, KIA, WOORD DAAD, DORCAS Aid International, European Commission, US Aid and ICCO and arranged there visit in affected areas and arranged there meeting with Govt. officials of districts of assessment that team recommended me for the post of District Unit Manager. The District Unit Manager provides support to the Program Cordinator in the delivery of Program services, Selection of teams, training, in support of the donner operational programs Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of project, directly supervise staff under the Agriculture, Livelihoods, WASH, house building of flood affected people and Capacity building projects. Strengthen the technical capacity of social organizers working in emergency phase, rehabilitation of health, agriculture and livelihoods project, though there monitoring, training, coaching and guiding in office meetings and field. I-LAP team with the collaboration of donors developed effective project monitoring systems and integrated Agriculture, Livelihoods, WASH and Capacity building projects. Ensure the successful implementation of planned activities and marked land marks in the light of results came from compiled base line survey data. Developed monitoring tools that can effectively document and measure the impacts of the integration and every aspect of activities during the execution of activates. For the satisfaction of all stakeholder and establishment of ideal Partner Relations, it decided to share weekly schedule of every team and every activity to all partners for information they were free to manage their weekly schedules and we were bound to facilitate them on visit like security, rout, and logistics. They freely share their finding and we found remedies and integrated them in our daily activities. We formed Community base organization (CBOs) for proper decision making and guidance and all partners discuss their recommendation every week and plan next weekly schedules of activates admin officer arranged with collaboration of District unit manager all material and events in field and manage logic sport. Ensure compliance with I-LAP and donor requirements and regulations. Organize reviews meetings & reported to Program Coordinator and senior management and gave direction according to decisions of review meeting, ensured documents should be maintained in soft copies as well as hard copies in their respective project folders. Work with admin & finance regarding project advances, liquidations, and reconciliations.
