• Indigenous Development of Bench Tester for Serviceability test of Language Warner Module of F7 Aircraft.

• Indigenous Development of 60KVA/ 90KVA (115V 400Hz & 28VDC 800A) Ground Power Unit to startup Military/ Commercial Aircrafts.

• Indigenous Development of 60KVA Frequency Converter Unit (220V 50Hz to 115V 400Hz) to startup Military/ Commercial Aircrafts.

PAF Commissioned Officer (Flight Lieutenant) at Pakistan Air Force

Remaining in Pakistan Air Force, I got the chance to work on different Air Defence Systems and electronic equipments as under mentioned: • Actively performed my duties as Deputy Director for Overhauling/ maintenance of PAF Power Generators (5Kva to 200Kva) at KARF PAC Kamra for 3 years. Overhauling of these generators involved the following major activities: ➢ Dismantling and assembling of all major assemblies.
➢ Complete overhauling of Engine and Electrical components
➢ Refurbishment of electrical panels and wirings
➢ Refurbishment of Generator Canopy and mobile trolley.
➢ Complete load test and Quality Inspection after overhauling.
➢ Necessary modifications/ replacement were also made for obsolete parts.

• Actively performed my duties as Deputy Director for Overhauling/ Maintenance of MPDR 45/ 60 Radars at KARF PAC Kamra for 3 ½ years. Overhauling involved the following major activities: ➢ Performance test of complete radar before acceptance from PAF Units
➢ Complete overhauling and testing of radar antenna and mast
➢ Refurbishment/ repair of all mechanical/ hydraulic systems and motors.
➢ Complete overhauling and testing of radar electronic systems.
➢ Individual testing and repair of all electronic assemblies and circuit boards.
➢ Complete overhauling of radar vehicles
➢ Combine performance test of all radar assemblies
➢ Final quality inspection and operational check of complete radar.

• Also worked as Deputy Director for Overhauling/ Maintenance of TPS 43 Radars at KARF PAC Kamra for 10 months.

• Miscellaneous jobs performed at KARF PAC Kamra are included as: ➢ Officer Incharge Communication Flight at KARF, PAC Kamra to provide landline telephonic network and calling facilities with in the KARF. It also includes the arrangement of Public Address System and media teams for local as well as VVIP functions at PAC Kamra.


• Later on posted as Senior Engineering Officer for the field operation of TPS 43 Radar at No. 406 Sqn Sukkur and following duties were assigned: ➢ Smooth operation of TPS 43 radar without any major delays.
➢ To ensure the availibility of any unseviceable radar item within shortest possible time and replacement within no time to make the radar operational.
➢ To ensure the availibility of Mechanical transport sevices for operational and functional rewuirements.
➢ To ensure the conduct of scheduled training of staff
➢ To ensure Rrecord keeping of stores and office documents
➢ To ensure necessary procurement of components and parts to meet urgant requirements.
➢ Necessary cordination with all other sections.
➢ Necessary coordination with Head quarter team and authorities

• Also performed an additional duty as Base Electronics Engineering Officer at PAF Base Sukkur to meet all operational requirements.

I had also worked as Internal Quality Auditor for the implementation of ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System at KARF, PAC Kamra for 06 years.
