Refinery three-year from 15th July to 15th
July 2016.
We are doing the job as per daily plan
PM (preventive mantinance) and
CM (corrective mantinance)
under us pumps and turbine, compressor
sea water treatment vertical pumps.
Deming plant HCL pumps and valve,
fiber line also Boiler feed water pump driven
by motor and turbine. We can handle very well any abnormalities.
We have good experience about reciprocating compressor for minor overalling & major overalling we can checked
as per manufacturer his TDC & BDC and piston clearance also we can check the suction & discharge value passing test.
Also we have good experience on fin fans
replying the bearings and control vibration
and we can adjust blade degree as per process completely overalling.
I have good knowledge in rotating & statistics
equipments.
Also we have good experience in mixture and
injection pumps ( dosing pumps) we can replace packing, diaphragm and suction &
discharge value if passing we can trace the
fault very well.
Also we can handle emergency & troubleshooting jobs.
l have good practice about work to permit
with lockin & lockout loto safety procedure.
Also i have good practice with behavior by team work .
