1- Prepare and schedule project planning on Microsoft Project.
2- Responsible to follow-up on execution of Lahore project for timely and efficient completion.
3- Liaison with project staff and FF-2 to identify project requirements, scope and objectives.
4- Create, maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, plan and reports.
5- Preparation of daily progress report regarding project.
6- Maintaining list of machinery equipment, tools and tackles.
7- Keeping record of prospective employee and providing the same when required.
8- Act as pivotal point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all project staff.
9- Help prepare project proposals, timeframe, schedules and minutes of meeting.
10- Delivery / Dispatches of documents, contracts, agreements, equipment manuals and project related information from FF-1 Peshawar to FF-2 at Lahore.
11- Prepare and documentation of contracts, agreements purchases, letters and memos and also keep the authentic record of the same.
12- Preparation of Drawings on AutoCAD or as on required basis.
13- Any special task assigned by the Supervisor.
