To work as team to achieve gross premium written as budgeted for upcoming year for branches keeping in view the Company's underwriting guidelines and corporate objectives on the basis of qualitative aspects.
To sort out risk management issue with the designated branches/marketing staff and to assist them when required to provide solutions.
To check, lock and post the quotations on same day or maximum the next working day. In case some additional information is required, the requirement should be sent to the relevant underwriting staff.
To check, lock and post the cover notes/amendments/endorsements/policies in direct business/co-insurance business as required after securing necessary information, where applicable, conversion of a cover notes into policy documents to be issued upon the receipt of instructions.
Providing system support to branches in respect of Client Entry, Risk Location, Consignee Entry, Insurance Companies Names Entry and Agent Names.
Renewal Process followed by generating reports i.e. Document Activity and Loss Ratio.
To ensure a) monthly closing by 2nd working day of every next month b) to hold quartly management meetings regularly in accordance with the procedure advised.
To follow premium collection from to direct co-insurance share accepted at branches.
Conducting risk survey and suggesting them improvements measures in return.
To Provide technical skill of underwriting staff to branches.
