• To arrange necessary documentation to obtain Islamic Refinance from State Bank Of Pakistan to our customers.
• Month End Accrual of IERF Part-I & II, FE-25 US Dollar istisna
• Follow up and correspondence with the SBP regarding Cases & Limits
• Advising of maturity dates to the customers and follow up with them regarding Repayments Balancing and Monthly Profit Accruals
• Preparation of necessary work sheets, advices, vouchers & deals for H.O
• Prepares and submit periodical reports and returns to H.O to ensure Shariah compliance.
• Negotiation (Bai Salam, Usnace Murabaha) of Export documents under L/C.
• Export balancing of L/C + Contract documents; Murabaha, Negotiations.
• Issuance of E-forms & follow up regarding their utilization
• Checking, processing and dispatch of Export documents against L/C. and input of these vouchers in IB system
• Follow up and correspondence with the issuing Bank regarding payments, acceptance, and reimbursement claims.
• Preparation V-12 statement for follows up of E-Forms.
• Checking the activity, & the intimation to relevant Exporter.
• Preparation of Realization Vouchers& input of these vouchers in IB system.
• Prepare and submit of monthly SBP returns
• H.O Office Report related to Export Data Realization
• Negotiating the rates with customers and treasury for executing the transaction of import and Export
• After Negotiating rates with customers and treasury for executing transactions. Arrangement of Forward Booking Documents
• Balancing of Export Forward Booking at the end of
Month
• Handling of overdue exports bills & reporting to State Bank of Pakistan & H.O
• Arrange Status report and Follow up with the Customers regarding Bills under D/A basis
• Arrange/ Follow up of indemnity from Customers regarding export Bills which do not realize on the due date or within six month from the date of shipment
• Preparation of Drawback cases and submitted to SBP
