• Performing site inspections as per issued Work Inspection Request (WIR) from the contractor for Architectural and related.
• Performing Material Inspections as per issued request (MIR) from the contractor for subjected materials delivered at the site.
• Performing subjected Test Inspections like water leak testing of windows, elevation glazing, and skylights. And airtightness testing for the same above items.
• Reviewing, Issue for construction (IFC) drawings for subjected inspection and work standard.
• Reviewing, shop drawings for subjected inspection and work standard.
• Preparing and compiling the Daily Progress Report (DPR) of the Site.
• Daily site monitoring for maintaining the approved standard of works.
• Performing as a “Site Safety Observer” after completing subjected safety training from RMTC like work at height, work at confined space, fire hazards, etc.
• Preparing and compiling Site Safety Observations reports.
• Attending weekly Site Progress meetings with contractors.
