I was providing my services to different banks to sale the life insurance products. Working as a Unit manager in EFU Bancassurance Department. I was assigned Faysal Bank, Standered Chartred Bank, Allied Bank, Bank of Punjab, Silk Bank and NIB in entire lower Punjab, i was responsible to train bank staff and get the life insurance business from 338 branches. There were 8 sales coordinators who are helping me and were under my reporting. Training, New Generate New Business, Retain existing clients, Client services and claims were my key job functions.
