Project: Cleveland Clinic Abu-Dhabi by Johnson controls

• Perform Periodic maintenance of HVAC system.
• Perform Reactive maintenance of HVAC system.
• Attend emergency complaints from helpdesk and respond within specified time.
• Making snag list by observing different system by BMS.
• Troubleshoot & rectify the issues related to operation and maintenance of HVAC system.

• Perform point to point testing of VAVs, FCUs, AHUs, HRP-THRP, Humidifiers, different Pumps, different Fans and others DDCs.
• Team lead of VAV commissioning Team.
• Troubleshoot & rectify the issues related to commissioning.
• Carried out PFT & FPT of VAV`s, AHUs, FCUs, and other systems
• Perform air balancing of VAV`s through Balancer (NS-ATV7003)
• Hands on experience on CCT, SCT.
• Hands on experience on Metasys HMI.
• Perform lighting control system integration.
• Perform calibration of different sensors.
• Carried out inspection of different system with CML.

• Installed & commission building management system.


FFC Project:
• Install & Configure Pelco IP based digital cameras; like PTZ (Spectra IV series), Box (Sarix series) & Fixed Dome.
• Integrate cameras with NVR using software DS control point.

O&M ENGINEER: (Nov, 07 to date) Sigma Ventures (Vendor of Warid telecom)

Responsibilities:
• O&M management for the Network operation technically and administratively for the preventive and corrective maintenance ensuring the availability of the network.
• Planning and implementation preventive and corrective maintenance actions for a better network performance and availability.
• Looking after all power related issues on commercial sites of Warid telecom.
• Maintain all sites to vanish outage on commercial network.
• Maintain database for Maintenance work.
• Manage all the material used for preventive maintenance of gensets, air-con and electrical systems.
• To make complete cost estimation of each maintenance and rectifications.
• Supervise and manages movement of technician to BTS sites for service and maintenance of gensets and electrical system.
• Visits different sites to make sure the quality of service.
• Follow up/coordination with different sub contractor officials on sites issues.
• Make the Invoice based on rectification of BTS sites.
• Any other responsibility assign by management.

Zong Project: (Force Ventilation System) (Jan, 10 to Feb, 10)

• Supervise overall installation.
• Commissioning of alarms.
• Conduct PAT with the Customer.

BSS & Transmission Engineer (World Call CDMA WLL Project) . (April, 07 to Sept, 07)
Pakistan foresight (Vendor of Huawei)

• Responsible For Conducting PAT with the Customer
• Work also as QC engineer.
• To supervise the installation of BTS Equipments indoor, outdoor and according to the site layout.
• Responsibility of panning/ LOS (making link b/w microwave) . (Make NEC)

• Responsibility of making quality report.
• Performing Commissioning of BTS sites.
• Maintenance and fault troubleshooting and fault restoration.
