 Route planning of dedicated fleet for multi-load aiming at reduction in cost per liter and maximum utilization of dedicated fleet.
 Review freight bills and check load.
 Region wise allocation of vehicles as per sales order
 Vehicles load making in way to minimize fuel consumptions while full filling maximum distributor’s orders.
 Prepare Service level report.
 Prepare vehicle utilization report.
 Follow up of all transporters to make the vehicles availability on time.
 Preparation of all reports required by Logistics Manager as and when needed
