▪︎ Prepare material & purchase requisitions, receipt/ issue vouchers (GRN/GIN), material notification/ inspection report, delivery notes, gate passes.
▪︎Prepare and maintained inventory & assets related reports & documents, manually or in system as per policies & procedures
▪︎Follow-up & track all kind of project materials arrival schedule & organize receipt, inspect storages, issuing & transportation to the required location.
▪︎Strictly follow FIFO (for general consumables), FEFO (for paints & chemicals), JIT (manufactured & fabricated items).
