• Ensuring final products from in-house processing and sub-contracting production are confirming to Quality standards specified by Coats Global SOPs and ISO clauses
• Arrange Internal and Independent External ISO Audit and other certifications such as Oeko-Tex

* Deal with CBA (Collective Bargaining Agent) Union in order to maintain healthy and peaceful work
environment
* Conducted Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis and Safety Audits
* Lead a team which conducted Plant wide survey of Noise and Illumination levels
* Conducted Plant wide survey to improve Ergonomics and Occupation Health & Industrial Hygiene

pressures

Projects included: Research Internship on Production of Biofuel from Biomass via Pyrolysis. Final Year Design Project based on designing a Benzoic Acid plant for which my task included energy and mass balance, reactor, compressor and heat exchanger design, Safety and Economic considerations Chemical Engineering Laboratory Report on Drying of Durian using Hot air drying and Heat Pump assisted drying to compare the effects of drying on different parameters under different conditions Feasibility Report on Production of Methanol
