•Comparing the competitor products against standard products; develop new formulation against competitor sample in OEM, Industrial PU and epoxy coating
•Providing production support for non-conforming batches and production supervision of new products
•Spray application and monitoring appearance, gloss, color stability and color match
•Maintain laboratory logbook, chemicals & relevant documentation according to EHS laboratory practice
