• Managing retail network portfolio of 700+ retail fueling stations and 1400+ landlords/retailers and vendors.
• Acting as an acquisition support with network planning team to identify potential prospects of retail network, conducting trade area analysis, steering L2 engineering partners in preparation of site layout and topography surveys, securing the projects within 45 working days to grow network pipeline.
• Leading entire process of lease renewals including negotiating commercial terms of contracts with retailer, developing investment proposals, verification of land documents, due diligence to ensure ABC/AML compliance, draft preparation, lease registration.
• Renewed lease contracts of 200+ retail sites across country, assuring business continuity for forecourt operations accounting for millions of liters per annum.
• Multi-year planning, forecasting and execution of Capex and Opex investments deliverables in line with retail strategy and retail network principles.
• Build dashboards on Power BI and Microsoft excel to track monthly capex and opex spent vs plan accounted for $20million+ per annum.
• Implemented retail lease management system (TRIRIGA-Powered by IBM), which has smoothened the overall operational process that led to a 40% increase in productivity.
• Disbursing lease rentals of worth PKR 40million+ per month with collaboration of diversified teams operating from various OUs i-e, Billing, AP, TRIRIGA project team etc.
• Integrated Power BI dashboards with banking system, which helps to notify rental disbursement failure and automatically trigger BCP plan to rectify the issue.
• Reconciling the P&L general ledger with finance team to ensure true depiction of company’s bottom lines keeping in line with IFRS-16 accounting standards.
• Negotiating and coordinating with 120+ Govt Organizations/Intermediaries for the timely payment of property and advertisement taxes of Shell retail outlets.
