& services team in the areas of sales & after sales, revenue generation, and cost control.

Equipment’s to different customer’s categories, present technical specs, negotiate
to end the deal as per company policy and seek for new customers to achieve
company sales & profitability objective.
o Research for potential customers for own types of equipment or machines and
services to sell.
o Conduct frequent visits to maintain the relationships with customers, check the
mechanical & electrical problems and to overview future business needs.
o Personly involved in all types of services job like Repairing, Replacing, Installation
& Commissioning.
o Continuing visit to key account customer to awareness about current
requirements and manage them a problem on a priority basis.

Responsible for branch sales and service of Industrial Equipment, deal in Ingersoll Rand
all type of Air Compressors including Refrigeration, Rotary Screw, centrifugal air
compressor.
o Act as a technical/commercial resource for the Project Engineer throughout the
project.
o Complete manage all sales & service team. Like daily reports, c ustomer
complaint reports & visit report for the sales & service team.
o Hands on experience Calibrations and Adjustments of all Parameters.
o Preventive Maintenance & repair electrical & electronic board & Software
installation through Laptop.
o Compressor PLS troubleshooting and to rectify the problem.
o Conduct frequent visits to maintain the relationships with customers, check the
mechanical & electrical problems and to overview future business needs.
Involved in Installations & Commissioning for medical equipment machine with Chinese
Engineers. Mechanically, Electrically, Civil, PLC based worked & Software installation.
Take care of machines after installation, PM did on weekly basis.
o Radiotherapy machine by NIPC China.
o Cobalt60, GWXJ80.
o Simulator. Brace Therapy.
o Software installation on the machine.
o Nuclear Medicine machine by MEDISO-HUNGRY.

Dealer of all types of Fork Lifter, like TCM Fork lifter from Japan, STILL fork lifter from
Germany, Landoll Bendi truck from the USA, Aisle-Master truck from UK, Snorkel
and Upright Machines.
We were also dealing in Ingersoll-Rand Air Compressors from the USA including
Refrigeration Air Dryer, Air Refrigeration Dryer Hankinson from Germany including
all types of line filters. ECO Oil-Free, Air Compressor. Komson-Screw, air compressors
from ITALY.
o Manage the service team and give complaint on daily basis to service engineers.
o Excellent communication skills with customer dealing.
o Excellent time management skills to attend the daily customer complaint report
and closed the job.
o Hands-on experience Service, maintain, overhaul, fault find and cure faults on
Forklift trucks complaint, given guidance & help out to service technicians to their
work.

o Give the training to services engineer for upgradations & to improved the service
level.
