- Formulation, up-gradation and implementation of manufacturing standards & principles in light of company’s Integrated
Management Systems (IMS) including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000
- Optimization of Quality of products through root cause analysis of defective parts and reduction of wastage
- Resolution of customer complaints through in-depth root cause analysis and implementing appropriate CPAs
- Management of staff operations including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining and appraisals & rewards
+ Lead QAQC Department
- Formulation, implementation and up-gradation of QAQC guidelines and standards
- Ensure full implementation of QA and QC activities along with the use of statistical techniques e.g. Statistical Process
Control (SPC) Techniques like Process Capability Index Analysis (CPk Analysis) etc.
- Ensure up-to-date skills of production, quality and maintenance teams through Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and conduction of periodic trainings
- Hands on implementation of Integrated Management Systems i.e. ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 and FSSC 22000 including HACCP
+ Coordination of Internal & External Audits
+ Successful completion of IRCA certified Lead Auditor Course on FSSC 22000 by SGS
+ Successfully cleared Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 examination on Food Safety
+ Implementation of SEDEX principles for SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA)
