• Handle the tasks of scheduling and planning maintenance work to ensure smooth operation of electrical maintenance staff
• Responsible for implementing the processes and procedures of electrical maintenance
• Handle responsibilities of tracking maintenance delays and conducting area inspections
• Perform routine checkup to ensure that the maintenance work conforms to the environmental and quality standards
• Well knowledge about Pneumatic and hydraulic system
• Handle the tasks of developing, modifying, and updating electrical drawings
Working on PLC control Panel (Mitsubishi, Toyopuc) and have a good knowledge regarding trouble shooting and repairing work.
Conduct predictive maintenance activities through SKF bearing co for vibration and sound analysis of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hoist, etc
Thermography to check abnormality in electrical terminal LV/HT of Power Panels, Circuit Breaker, for corrective action before break down.
Assist Team Leader to plan all maintenance work.
Daily round and check all equipments working with the reference of Preventive maintenance check sheets.
Try to remove all abnormalities before break down maintenance.
Improve availability and reliability of operation within operating limits.
To carry out the work safely and implement proper use of PPE’s.
Have a sophisticated knowledge and skills to Repair & maintenance of pneumatic tools, rivet gun, 6SLRDK, 8SHRK, 10SHRK, Nut runners, Hose pipes, Quick Couplers, Directional Control valve, Reciprocal Pump, Graco Pumps, Cylinder & actuators.
Knowledge & Experience to repair, inspection, online troubleshooting & maintenance of, Chain, Wire rope type Hoist & Crane Saddles which generally made of Mitsubishi, and
Nitchi Japan, Two Post Lifters, 4 Post lifter, Over Head motorain, Chain Conveyor, Roller-Conveyor, Fuel Dispensing Unit, Vacuum Pumps, Engine Test Benches, Engine Oil & Air Leak checkers, RXT Wheel Alignment machine, Drum Tester, Centrifugal Pumps, Lighting Panels, LV-Transformer, PLC Panels, Relay Control Panels, Wheel Balancer, Tire Changer
