As a Computer Operator, I was responsible for handling daily computer-related tasks, maintaining records, managing data entry, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. I have experience using MS Office, internet applications, email handling, printing/scanning documents, and maintaining accurate data records. I can work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks professionally.

I also have experience working in a travel agency, where I handled flight ticket bookings, customer dealing, travel guidance, and reservation management. This role improved my communication, customer service, and booking management skills.

I also have experience working in a call center for a Medicare campaign, where I handled customer communication, outbound/inbound calls, lead generation, and client support. My responsibilities included explaining services to customers, maintaining customer records, resolving queries, and achieving daily targets.
