Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Accounts data entry using Oracle ERP.
Updating the source data relating to sales and receivables in Oracle on regular basis.
Update daily company transactions in Excel & Oracle.
Ensuring the sales invoices are VAT compliant and computed on the appropriate rate.
Assisted in the preparation of Output VAT.
Reconcile Input & Output of Receivable for the VAT procedure.
Petty cash handling.
Making cheques as per payment voucher provided by officials.
Maintain accounting records of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
Perform accounting functions which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, Credit Notes.
