Duties include monitor NOC for Mobile sites backhaul Transmission configuration/troubleshooting, Projects handling Links were provided over Fiber/GPON/Cisco Switches. Handling complex Project including Network enhancement for Mobile Coverage, newly deployed systems etc.
Migration of 2G/3/LTE Sites to Single RAN. Plan, monitor & configured the Transmission and Access Operation.

• Creation, escalation & correspondence of Technical Support Report (TSR), based on faults and issues registered against equipment after thorough analysis.
• Testing & Optical link budgeting of Passive Optical Network including Exchange.
• Optimizing GPON/ FTTH network & formulation of consequent feasibility reports.
• Maintaining new Patches/SW up-gradation of respective networks.
• Maintaining reports & forecasting network requirements with Layer-2 & Layer-3 divisions.
• Maintaining proposals & Implementation of OSS/BSS snags.
• Formulation of network feasibility & migration of existing customers from copper to GPON Network.
• Handling ATM & IP-DSLAMs/NGDLCs in FTTC network (Huawei & Zhone).
• Knowledge of different PSTN Switches (NGN, S.S, AXE etc)
