bottlenecks and implemented recovery measures to safeguard progress.

users.
• Chaired site kick-off, progress, and technical coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; and
resolved site queries through RFIs to maintain quality compliance and seamless execution.

Movenpick Hotel (5-Star Finishing Works) & Centaurus Mall, Islamabad.
• Reviewed Issued-for-Construction (IFC) drawings and cross-referenced approved material submittals prior to
commencement of each finishing activity.
• Performed site inspections and verified measurements against drawing dimensions, specification requirements and
quality standards.
• Coordinated with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services teams to ensure all service rough-ins,
penetrations, and access provisions were completed and signed off before commencement of finishing works.
• Managed the end-to-end material procurement and approval process, including preparation and submission of material
submittals, tracking consultant approvals, and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Executed mock-up rooms and sample wall & floor areas for consultant and client review and obtained written approvals
prior to full-scale execution across all floors.
• Supervised the execution of all 5-star hotel finishing works including luxury wall finishes, custom ceiling systems, high
end flooring, millwork, and luxury bathroom finishes in strict compliance with brand standards and consultant
specifications.
• Prepared and maintained inspection records, RFIs, material submittals, and daily progress reports for the hotel package.

PAF Air Base Mianwali - Civil & Infrastructure Works
• Supervised the construction of a Taxiway, including subgrade preparation, sub-base and base course placement,
concrete paving works, and edge detailing in compliance with airfield construction specifications.
• Managed construction of heavy-duty footing systems for large-capacity overhead water storage tanks, including
excavation, formwork, reinforcement detailing verification, and concrete placement with quality checks.
• Oversaw road construction works including earthwork, sub-base/base layers, surface course, and associated drainage
and kerb works within the air base.
• Supervised allied civil works including culverts, retaining structures, utility trenches, and boundary infrastructure.
• Ensured all works were executed in accordance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable
standards.
• Prepared daily progress reports, site diaries, measurement records, and coordination notes for the project team.
