Worked as an Electrical Assistant Manager in Maintenance
department at 1320MW supercritical coal fired power plant with
following responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintenance related work such as electrical
equipment like Generator, 500KV power transformers, distribution
transformers, UPS system, DG system, HV/LV electric motors, LV
control panels, HV/LV circuit breakers, 500KV AIS grid equipment,
CT, PT, breakers, isolators etc. and ancillary equipment’s in all power
plant.
• Condition monitoring of HV/LV electrical motors and assisting in
maintenance work of electrical motors and Control Panels used in all
plant.
• Major Electrical testing performed on transformers, ancillary
equipment and HV/LV motors at site.
• Scheduled site visits for Thermo-graphy and condition monitoring of
electrical equipment.
• Reviewing of Preventive & predictive maintenance plan before Clevel maintenance work.
• Experienced of C level maintenance work for 5 years.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Worked on SAP as key user plant maintenance.
• Assisted in preparing documentation for submission to planning.
• Well-trained of comprehensive training, detailed pre-job planning,
proper and well-maintained safety equipment.
• Develop and guide the implementation of work safety procedures
and practices.
• Preparing and monitoring of weekly, daily & monthly progress
reports.
Work as an internee on 500/220/132kv Substation Design Project.
•Learn Schematic Diagram of Protective Relays and protection panels.
•Use CVT, Isolator, Bus-bar, CB, CT and Ancillary equipment such as surge Arrester, Power & signal Cables, Environment & Fire protection in substation design.
•Work with all team members as well
•Contact with Chief Engineer to make schedule for joint survey of power transformer and it's all accessories.
•Installation of 132KV power transformer.
•Complete Erection, Testing and commissioning on processing time.
•Familiar with usage of testing equipments, preparation of method statements and installation procedures.
•Collect the GoodReceive Note (GRN) after energizing.
