* LPG Recovery Plants
(By Mechanical Propane refrigeration unit).
*NGL recovery and NGL injection to control C3 slippage for
the enhancement of LPG production.
* Natural Gas Dehydration (using MEG).
* EOR injection for enhancement of oil and gas production.
* Ensure water removal from oil tanks and utilisation
for well’s / Stabilization/Oil Movement to Refinery.
* Processing and treatment of well stream fluid / Gas
injection in Wells for artificial Lifting.
* LPG Bottling plant and Marketing of LPG to local
Distributors.
* Start up / Shut downs of plant and handling Trouble
shooting of operational problems.
*Conducted HAZOP & Incident Investigation.
* Plant performance, optimization and Modifications.
*Handling HP, MP& LP separators (two and three phase
Separation) and monitoring of well production
Behavior.
*Coordination with production department during well’s
Intervention operation/well injection chemicals.
*MEG injection for removal of water and regeneration
of the rich MEG.
* Propane extraction from Liquefied petroleum gas.
*Monitoring and operating of liquefaction and
dehydration unit.
*Monitoring and operating of gas purification plant for the
removal of H2S.
• DCS & PLC Operations. DCS is delta V operate system of (Emerson process management) & PLC system of Allen Bradley.
• Maintaining residue, specific gravity and RVP specifiactions of LPG Product.
• Maintaining specific gravity and other specifiactions of plant Product including crude oil, solvent oil and propane.
• Monitoring the delivery of sale gas on specifiactions.
• Emergency handlinig regarding pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, instrument failure.
• Supervision of hot jobs and critical jobs.
• Plant trouble shooting.
• Start up & shut down of plant.
• Supervision of crude oil pumping.
• Safe & smooth plant operation.
• Participation in daily meeting regarding plants new modification.
• Sale Gas transfer to SNGPL following the sale gas specification & calibrations of custody transfer equipments
(GC, Floboss, Chart Flow recorders FPTR, Moisture Analysers).
• Plant operations (Multi-stage gas compressor, gas processing, solvent oil recovery, NGL recovery, propane recovery, LPG recovery, crude oil stabilization, three phase separation).
• Aspen HYSYS
• Microsoft VISIO.
• Quick learner and keen observer so performing new techniques will not be a problem.
