As the Senior Subject Coordinator of Physics at Airport Security Force Public School and College from July 2018 to April 2021, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the physics curriculum, ensuring it met educational standards while enhancing student engagement and understanding. In addition to my coordination duties, I taught Computer Science to high school students, fostering a strong foundation in technology and digital literacy. I effectively managed teacher workload and timetable schedules, ensuring optimal workload distribution and seamless operational flow. As the head of the Discipline Committee, I promoted a positive school culture and ensured adherence to school policies and standards. My leadership extended to providing guidance and support to fellow educators, facilitating professional development, and fostering a collaborative teaching environment. Additionally, I contributed to curriculum development by implementing innovative teaching strategies and materials to enrich the learning experience for students.
