COMMUNICATION:
- To assist and support Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on functional matters and to support communication with internal departments and external / Governments departments (i.e. IC&TE / BOI / P&DD (Federal / Provincial) KP-BOIT / FATA / TEVTA Etc.).
- Prepare and Develop compelling presentation’s, overview Video campaigns of the Company
- Develop and implement communication plans that align with KPEZDMC's goals and projects.
- Identify key target audiences and tailor messages to resonate with different stakeholders related to SEZ and CPEC Projects of the Company.
- Supervise coordination with the Customers | Investors | Co-Developer | Contractors | Consultants | Partners in concluding their activities at site, including but not limited to visits, surveys, and relevant studies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and other materials to communicate key company announcements related to SEZ and CPEC Projects currently and New Projects and initiatives previously.
- Monitor media coverage and respond effectively to inquiries, interviews, and articles.
- Generate and supervise compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and brochures.
SALES:
- Achieve Business Delivery Goals consisting of Sales Targets, Marketing Action Plans & Operational KPI’s supporting growth, utilizing CVP’s and sales of Industrial plots.
- Account receivables lead (Installments plan to buy industrial plots) for all new projects of the company.
- Explore prospects and identify opportunities for CPEC and SEZ projects in KP and create business development opportunities by analyzing market insights for SEZs in KP
- Focal person Overseas Investment Desk (to bring foreign industrial investment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through sale of Industrial Plots)
SEZ EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
- Formulated a comprehensive Strategic Plan to assess the feasibility of new SEZs and CPEC SEZs/Projects, focusing on commercial and financial aspects.
- Orchestrated site evaluations, surveys, relevant studies, and infrastructure development, ensuring provision of utilities like Electricity and Gas for the Zones.
- Managed collaboration with local communities, District Administration, Revenue authorities, and other relevant government entities for efficient land procurement.
- Member of the committee to support Other SEZ i.e. Moqpandas SEZ Gilgit Baltistan, and Balochistan SEZ authority
