 Responsible for conducting internal and external audits, managing client liaison and supplier quality performance, and coordinating completion of all QA/QC activities.
 Responsible to submit each week a two-week look-ahead schedule of all planned quality activities to the company representative during construction and pre-commissioning.
 Responsible for implementing an ongoing training program to introduce and familiarize all contractor and sub- contractor personnel with the project quality requirements for their area of responsibility.
 Prior to the start of any construction activity, responsible to conduct the kick-off meeting with all concerned parties to ensure full understanding on the execution, requirements, and control of the activity.
 Responsible for controlling its construction processes and ensuring its subcontractor(s) construction processes including welding and NDT activities are controlled in accordance with SAEP-1160.
 Responsible for preparing and submitting a monthly Quality Management Report in a format acceptable to the COMPANY to demonstrate effective implementation of the CONTRACTORs Quality System.
 Implement a consistent method for escalating quality issues including Internal Non-conformance Reports
 (INCRs), Logbook Entries (LBEs), Saudi Aramco Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs) and Delinquent Worksheets (DWSs) according to SAEP-381.
 To supervise all on-stream and shutdown inspection activities for stationary equipment, pressure relieving devices, piping welding inspection (P1, P8) and investigation of failures.
 To identify areas of concern and propose dedicated inspection procedures to follow-up their resolution to improve Plants Integrity. Participate in the testing and commissioning of new facilities, and turnaround and inspection activities.
 Liaises with vendors and the field expeditors and makes enquiries to confirm existence of problem.
 To advise on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection, and testing requirements.
 To supervise and participate in non-destructive testing of equipment and piping, including review of preliminary interpretations conducted by subordinates and weekly assignments to inspector and engineer.
