- Optimizing, analyzing and improving performance of GSM/UMTS networks.
- Monitoring GFR Activity
- Monitoring and check frequency to match frequency that have been plan before GFR
- Bad Spot Analysis & Monitoring
- Drive Test Analysis after GFR to compare network performance
- Drive Test Report with Analysis & Action to improve Bad Spot, Blocked Call & Dropped Call
Main activities and responsibilities
- Optimizing, analyzing and improving performance of GSM/UMTS networks.
- Monitoring and analyzing statistical and drive test data to improve system performance indicators (accessibility, retainability, integrity and capacity) such as, RRC success, RAB success, CS/PS drop rate, IRAT performance, blocked calls, handover performance, TBF failure rate, assignment success rate, timing advance, network interference and network congestion.
- Handling and analyzing customers complain that related to quality of network.
- Analyzing badspot and coverage issues.
- Providing network data, consulting and reporting performance of the network to project manager and clients.
- Create Database to contain all needed parameter in 2G & 3G
- Create server to contain all important file such as : CDD, MRR, MO, MCOM, Drivetest Logfile.
- Make an internal wesite to provide information about important file and parameter value.
