Duties & Responsibilities
Initial receiving inspection of aircraft parts, components and materials.
The inspection criteria includes, Packing & Handling check, Documentation (Certificate of Conformance, Calibration Certificate &
Authorized Release Certificate) check and Physical check.Issuing Certification (Serviceable Tags) to all incoming Aircraft Parts /materials and lubricants.
Aircraft Fleet type Boeing 737-800, A-320, 321, and Lear Jet 60XR.
Exercise general Control overall activities in Store.
To keep Record update.To ensure all parts and equipment are received as per P.O. Take them on SIB register and raise GRN/documents. To ensure all parts and equipment are received as per SOPS and are stacked at their desired location. To keep the systems and records updated Assisting with stores officer for replenishment for stock keeping. To responsible for clean and tidy storage environment specifically within the warehouse and good housekeeping all around the storage area in general.
Ensure proper marking of product containers as per regulations. Segregate life-expired items whenever found and remove them to the disposal yard. Ensure proper inventory record action. Ensure the FIFO principle is observed to avoid wastage of any item due to life expiry.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
